In teams of 3
Partner 1 runs 300m with med.ball
Partner 2 performs an amrap of: 10 Pull Ups, 20 Push Ups, 30 Air Squats
Partner 3 performs an amrap of : 2 Power Cleans, 2 Front rack Lunges each leg, 2 Push presses, 2 Front Squat

Partner 1 runs in to the gymnastic amrap, partner 2 moves to barbell and partner 3 start running with the meb.ball
